H.A.R.O.L.D. is a nanite infected robot turned from friend to foe. With this How-To guide you’ll put your former ally out of its misery.

Before you start, either boost your electrical defense, or pack an electric injectable. H.A.R.O.L.D. also deals heavy damage, so Goliath-class armor and high health help in this fight. Using the Robotic Disruptor implant will help you deal more damage to H.A.R.O.L.D. as well. H.A.R.O.L.D. is also immune to nano, so try to use a weapon other than a nano one on it.

H.A.R.O.L.D. will frequently charge you during this fight, dealing a high amount. Either block the attack, if you have the stamina, or dodge at the last minute due to the heavy tracking on the attack. Its tail will constantly swipe at you when you are within range, but this can be parried. It only takes three to stagger H.A.R.O.L.D., so parrying is a viable strategy here. Its tail will do electrical damage, as well as drop a pool of the stuff, so it’s best to dismember the tail to stop those attacks all together. Whenever H.A.R.O.L.D. slams the ground or finishes a charge leap in for a few attacks, since these are the best times to do so. It will summon two holographic electric ghosts that will lunge at you from his location. These can either be dodged, or avoided by hiding behind cover.

At half health H.A.RO.L.D. will become more aggressive and add extra attacks to him combos. It will also summon four holographic electric ghosts, so avoid these as you did the first two, but be mindful of your stamina. Continue to poke at H.A.R.O.L.D. after it either lunges and ground slams, and eventually the robot will fall.  You’ll gain the Tactile Amplifier implant, which boosts attack speed and energy gain when using One-handed, Spear, Double-Duty, or Twin-Rigged weapons.
