Amazon has now listed the first details for Prima’s official strategy guides for Gears of War 4. They will be released alongside the game later this year.
There will be both a standard and collector’s edition strategy guide for Gears of War 4. The standard version only costs $24.99 while the collector’s edition has a hard cover and is $39.99.
The strategy guides include: 100% Complete Walkthrough: Coverage of all areas and encounters! Co-Op Strategy included! Multiplayer Coverage: Expert tips and strategies for every mode and map.

The collector’s edition has everything included above but has a hardcover and some other bonus features that will be announced at a later date.
The listings only show a placeholder date of December 31st, 2016. We do know that the game will be out in Fall 2016 for the Xbox One platform. It remains to be seen if the game will be out for Windows 10.
