The third Call of Duty: Black Ops map pack will release on June 28th.  A promotional item for the Annihilation Map Pack was leaked to a retailer ahead of the official announcement, much like the fate of the Escalation Map Pack.  As usual the content will hit Xbox Live first on the 28th, and then subsequently on the PlayStation 3 and PC.  The DLC will again come in at the standard 1200 Microsoft Points, including four new competitive multiplayer maps, as well as another new Zombies map.

As seen above, the new maps are Hazard, Drive-In, Silo, and Hangar 18.  It’s also been rumored that the cast from Call of the Dead will be returning for the zombies portion of the DLC, although this hasn’t been confirmed.
