Arc System Works has now announced that they will be releasing Blazblue Chrono Phantasma Extend to the PS4, PS3 and Xbox One consoles.
Famitsu has reported on the first details of Blazblue Chrono Phantasma Extend. It will be released for the PS4, PS3 and Xbox One consoles in Japan on April 23rd, 2015.
Blazblue Chrono Phantasma Extend is the first Blazblue game to be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One consoles. The PS3 is getting the game too, but it looks like the series has snubbed the Xbox 360 again. The first two games were out on the Xbox 360, but not the latest releases.
Blazblue Chrono Phantasma Extend is a re-release of Blazblue Chrono Phantasma which came out exclusively for the PS3 earlier this year for Western console owners. Don’t be too excited as it’s not a full sequel, but it does add some new things.
Details are scarce at the moment but Blazblue Chrono Phantasma Extend will be adding two new characters. There will also be some balancing changes that will make the game fairer for players.
Quite a few people commenting on NeoGAF are a little disappointed how the fighting genre seems to love re-releasing games all of the time…
Will you pick up Blazblue Chrono Phantasma Extend whenever it will be released in Western countries?
