Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare players will be getting Double XP all weekend long. Live now across all platforms, the Double XP event will continue through to Monday. The event allows Advanced Warfare players to earn twice the experience points in any multiplayer mode, helping them to rank up more quickly.

The Double XP isn’t exciting everyone at this point. Many Advanced Warfare players are still experiencing problems with the game. Sledgehammer Games Glen Schofield addressed the connection issues and complaints earlier today. “The full weight of Activision is on the issues. We hear you loud and clear and we want everybody to know we are on top of it,” said Schofield via Twitter.
Double XP should be live across Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, and PC platforms.
