Call of Duty WW2 is seeing connectivity issues across all platforms here at launch for the game.  Right now players on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 are having problems connecting to servers.  The error messages are different for each platform.

Activision Support has responded to the issues.  “We are aware of connectivity issues with WW2 and are working on a solution now, we appreciate your patience.”

Call of Duty usually has a smooth launch in terms of being able to connect to the game on day one.  It’s unclear why this game is having problems across the board.  For now, players can access the Campaign and Local Multiplayer against AI opponents until servers for PSN and Xbox Live are available.

Connection issues aside, we recently played a ton of Call of Duty WW2 and gave the game a 4.5/5 in our review   To know when Call of Duty servers are up or down you can head to the Activision support page.

We’ll update as the connection issues subside.
