Darkrai Available Again for Limited Time for Pokemon X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire

2016 is the 20th anniversary of the Pokemon franchise, and to celebrate players have been lavished with mythical Pokemon all year. Each month has brought a new legendary for players to grab, alternating between having to get a code, and being able to download them via the internet. One of the more popular mythical Pokemon giveaways was Darkrai back in May, the rare legendary that was attainable via a code from Gamestop and select other retailers. If you missed out on that giveaway though, you have another chance, with The Pokemon Company announcing that Darkrai is available for a limited time for Pokemon X, Y, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire.

To get Darkrai added to your collection just enter the following code into your copy of the game: Darkrai20. You can do this in the Mystery Gift section, before loading the game, then selecting “Redeem via Code”. After you enter it, be sure to load the game and head to a Pokemon Center. Speak with the woman that is standing next to the counter to receive Darkrai. And make sure you save afterward or you will not only lose him, but be unable to get another.

This is the same Darkrai that was being given away at Gamestop, and it is a once per copy of the game sort of thing. This means that if you got those codes and entered them into your game you cannot get a second one using this new code.
