Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 is only a few months away from release and details just keep coming on this one. The series in the past has offered not just volleyball games, but also plenty of other fun mini-games across the first two games and it appears some fan favorite of those mini-games are returning.
The latest Famitsu issue has a two page spread for Dead or Alive Xtreme 3, and within that it has revealed some new details that make this game sound even better.
We already knew that the butt bouncing mini-game was back, but in addition to that we also now know that the pool hopping and tug of war games are back as well.
According to translations via NeoGAF, there is also some sort of bikini strap mechanic in the game, which can be seen in the above image with Kokoro. In addition, some sort of gravure mode is said to be included, which is pretty fitting for this game.
There is going to be a live stream today for Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 with new footage, so hopefully that will not only give us even more details about the news from the Famitsu article, but also some exclusive info as well.
Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 is coming to PS4 and PS Vita this February in Japan and the Asian region, with no word on a US release at this time.
