Microsoft to start sales of $500 Xbox One Forza 5 Bundle

Consumers in the United States will soon have another incentive to buy an Xbox One. The Forza Motorsport 5 Xbox One Bundle will soon be available, and will essentially offer the new console with a pack-in game for the regular $499 price.

Similar to the offer that Microsoft recently announced for the Titanfall Bundle, this seems to be Microsoft’s new strategy in selling the console.

Now for those that already plunked down their $500 on an Xbox One, and didn’t get a free game, it’s a bit of a slap in the face. Either the Titanfall or Forza 5 bundle would offer a considerable discount, assuming you were going to buy either game anyway.

While early adopters might be angered by these early discounts for the more patient consumers, Microsoft does have a chance to make it right. Perhaps we’ll see Forza 5 as the first Games with Gold title for Xbox One? We’ll have to wait and see.
