Mortal Kombat X’s Story Mode Will Be Like Playing A Movie

NetherRealm Studios is hyping up that Mortal Kombat X’s story mode will be like playing a movie.

Britain’s GamesTM magazine interviewed Brian Goodman who is the Marketing Manager for Mortal Kombat X. Goodman had a lot to say about the new story that will be added to the game. He feels the story mode will be a very important part of the game.

Goodman hyped up that Mortal Kombat X’s story mode is huge and that it was a very popular feature from the previous game. He said making the story mode this time around was a bit easier knowing that it’s a feature that fans will like and embrace.

Goodman also said NetherRealm Studios wanted to make the story mode in Mortal Kombat X feel like a movie. They want players to believe that they are “playing a movie” rather than just playing a traditional style of video game.

NetherRealm Studios already showed a trailer for the story mode in Mortal Kombat X and it looks epic. The previous game raised the stakes in terms of how entertaining the story mode was. Hopefully this time around more characters are kept alive…

Mortal Kombat X comes out from April 14th for the PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360.
