New This Week in Video Games (10/23 – 10/29)

The month of October has been packed to the brim with tons of new game releases like Battlefield 1, as well as the launch of the much anticipated PlayStation VR. The month is not over yet either, as this week is one of the biggest weeks of the year in the number of major releases.

This week features a steady stream of releases throughout, starting with big hitters on Tuesday like Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, World of Final Fantasy, and Just Dance 2017. In addition, the third episode of Batman: The Telltale Series debuts along with the Ashes of Ariendel DLC for Dark Souls 3.

Friday finishes off the week very strongly as well, as Titanfall 2 and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition is release, with the latter actually releasing Thursday for PC as well.
