Ninja Theory, the makers of critical hits such as Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice and DmC: Devil May Cry were one of the big studios brought under the fold of Microsoft Games Studios. Everyone was waiting to see what this excellent development studio would bring to the Xbox One, and possibly PC. Now we know with the official reveal of Bleeding Edge, which had somewhat been leaked ahead of its announcement early in Xbox’s E3 2019 press conference.
Featuring 4v4 player versus player action, this is a bit of a departure for Ninja Theory. The reveal was a bit light on the firm details, simply giving potential players an idea of the game’s style and characters. Those characters certainly look colorful, both in terms of their design and just how crazy this world looks.
Thankfully, while there were few explanations about the gameplay, you won’t have too long to wait to get an idea of what Ninja Theory has with Bleeding Edge. An alpha technical test is set to open on June 27th. Be ready to check it out then to see what this new game has in store.
