Bayonetta 2 will make an appearance at E3 2013. According to Platinum Games, the game will appear in the Nintendo Direct presentation ahead of the show. Details about the Wii U exclusive have been hushed over the past few months, with fans having yet to see any real gameplay for the title.
Will we finally get to see what Platinum Games has been cooking up for the Wii U? Hideki Kamiya confirmed the news via Twitter, but didn’t divulge any details about what to expect during the presentation. From the sounds of it, Bayonetta 2 will not be one of the playable titles at Nintendo’s E3 hands-on experience for convention goers or Best Buy patrons.
If it can live up to the high-standards set by the original game, Bayonetta 2 could prove to be a solid third party reason to snap up a console. Though without any real details about the progress that is being made with the game, it’s hard to tell what to expect from the sequel.
You’ll be able to see Nintendo Direct ahead of the opening of E3 2013 on June 11th.
