PlayStation Suite Coming to an Android Device Near You

We didn't get the PSPhone announcement that we expected but got a mobile announcement just the same at this years PlayStation Conference. Sony will be introducing the PlayStation Suite which will bring PlayStation content to Android devices as well as power the content delivery service for the PSP2.

We didn’t get the PSPhone announcement that we expected but got a mobile announcement just the same at this years PlayStation Conference. Sony will be introducing the PlayStation Suite which will bring PlayStation content to Android devices as well as power the content delivery service for the PSP2.

As for the Android devices, they will be able to play PSOne titles out of the gates. Sony is looking to capture the burgeoning mobile market in this move with the PlayStation Suite.

This network announcement may also show us where the Xperia Phone fits in to the equation.
