If you live in North America, you will be able to get a chance to play on the PlayStation VR headset at many Best Buy stores next week. This might be a clue that Sony is pushing the device heavily at E3 2016.
This is what was posted on the official Best Buy website: “Be among the first to get a hands-on experience of the PlayStation VR before its debut in October. Stop in to try on the headset, test out the virtual reality features and get answers to your questions.”
You can play on the PlayStation VR on Friday June 17th, 2016 from 3pm until 7pm. You can then check it out on Saturday June 18th, 2016 from 12pm until 4pm. Not every Best Buy retailer will have the device in stores, so you have to check if your local area is doing this promotion. PlayStation VR will be out this October and is going to be compatible with the PS4 console. It will usher in what could be a new era for the video game industry.
