Pokemon fans will be happy to know some toys will be available at Mcdonald’s later this year in kid’s Happy Meals.
As noted by Hardcore Gamer, several Pokemon toys and cards will be sold at McDonald’s restaurants from November 27 until December 23. There are eight figures to choose from as you can see pictured above.
There’s more to the toys than meets the eye. This is because the toys give you access to a game that is available via the McPlay app. Mind you they are mini-games, but these are still cool extras that older McDonald’s toys did not have back in the day.
To get access to the mini-games, all you have to do is scan the toy using your smartphone or tablet’s camera. A new game will be unlocked for you to play on the McPlay app.
Gamers can also download the Mischief Pokémon, Hoopa, from McDonald’s restaurants too. You can download this Pokemon using your 3DS console for use in Pokemon X/Y, Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby.
If you are huge Pokemon fan, going to McDonald’s to get some toys doesn’t sound like a bad idea. It’s also nice you can download Hoopa at McDonald’s for free too.
