Spider-Man Silver Lining DLC Coming Next Week

Insomniac has been regularly rolling out DLC for Marvel’s Spider-Man since its launch in September, and now the third and final chapter of The City That Never Sleeps DLC bundle is coming next week.

It was recently announced that Marvel’s Spider-Man‘s third DLC, Silver Lining, will become available on December 21. This DLC will introduce new missions, enemy types, crime types, Trophies, and challenges, as well as new story quests that will finish up the storyline of Hammerhead and the Maggia, while re-introducing Silver Sable.

The DLC will also include three new suits: the Cyborg Spider-Man Suit, the Aaron Aikman Spider-Armor, and the Into the Spider-Verse Suit as a tie-in to the new movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Insomniac has also partnered with Sony Pictures to offer a deal for those who have been buying the game’s DLC one by one, rather than buying the whole pack: those who pre-order the Into the Spider-Verse movie on their PlayStation 4 will receive a voucher for the Silver Lining DLC (granted they already own the base game), a new PlayStation Theme, and PlayStation Network avatars.

The Silver Sable DLC will cost $9.99 as a standalone purchase, or can be obtained by buying The City That Never Sleeps DLC bundle, which includes all three pieces of DLC, for $24.99.
