We finally have the official trailer for The Outer Worlds from Obsidian, shown at the Xbox E3 Press Conference. On top of that, the game will officially launch on October 25, this year!
With a mix of the Fallout open world style, and the mechanics of the karma system as well, the game was a much talked about subject ever since it was shown back at The Game Awards. We had a feeling the game would launch this year, but the October date has us all sorts of excited. The game is being made by Obsidian, the creators of Fallout New Vegas, which some consider to be the best game in the series.
The trailer is pretty sick as well, showing off the in game settings, which remind us a bit of Rage and Borderlands. Regardless, the visuals are breathtaking, and if that’s any indication of the final product, then we’re in for an excellent open world experience. The Outer Worlds officially launches on October 25, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC through the Epic Games Store.
