Tomb Raider will be getting timed exclusive DLC on the Xbox 360 according to a recent announcement from Square Enix. Three new multiplayer maps wll be released in The Caves & Cliffs Multiplayer Map Pack, and will arrive on March 19th.

The content will eventually arrive on the PlayStation 3 and PC, but Square Enix did not say how long this content would be Xbox exclusive. Much like the rest of the multiplayer component of Tomb Raider, this new map pack will feature areas that players have visited in the single player story.

Square Enix joins the ranks of Activision, Bethesda and Rockstar as those who have taken to the console to deliver timed exclusive content via Xbox Live.

Look for the Tomb Raider DLC later this month for 400 Microsoft Points ($5).
