The bucket/cross puzzle is arguably the hardest puzzle in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. It’s not too hard once you know that to do and make sure to place the symbols all in the right place.
First of all before you even begin, grab the bucket and fill it up with water. There is water to the left of the level so just jump down and fill it up. When you are in the water, press triangle to fill it up and pass it over to Sam.
There are four levers at the bottom at control four different sections of the rotating circles. The far left (first) lever controls the left side of the puzzle, while the far right (fourth) lever controls the right side of the puzzle. Remember that as you don’t want to inadvertently use another lever.
The second lever controls the top half of the puzzle while the third level controls the bottom half. Once you know how to control all of the levers. it’s time to try and solve this puzzle. You just need a bit of patience and trial and error.
You will see at the top of this page, where all of the things need to go. The bucket has to go on the top, the white cross is on the left, the big Jesus cross is in the middle while the little black one is placed on the right side.
Before you begin, the first thing that you should so in this hard Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End puzzle is to put the bucket at the very top. Make sure to lock the bucket in place at the top and leave it there. If you move it again, you will confuse yourself and it will be harder to place the crosses in their respective positions.
As long as you leave the bucket at the time, it’s a bit of trial and error in terms of placing the crosses in the fright positions. Just keep using the levers and put them in the right place. I remember placing the white cross first on the left and then worked my way to the Jesus cross. I then placed the black cross last and then the puzzle was solved.
