Bethesda has enjoyed plenty of success with their E3 press conferences, so of course the question on Bethesda fans’ lips when it comes to the next convention is regarding whether or not they’ll be there. In typical Bethesda fashion we weren’t given a definitive answer, but as of right now the odds of them being at E3 2017 are very good.
Bethesda’s VP of marketing Pete Hines recently spoke with Metro where he said the following:
“Given what I know about what we’re gonna have going on next year, and what we’re gonna have to talk about, I would say that we’d probably have enough stuff to fill the time. And again, mostly because I really continue to like the idea of being able to talk to everybody about what we’re doing at the same time. So yeah, knowing what I know, I think we would probably do another one next year.”
While they have plenty of big titles to draw from in order to try and fill up the space for a press conference, two games that were rumored to be revealed at their E3 2016 press conference and weren’t were The Evil Within 2 and Wolfenstein: The New Order 2. The Evil Within 2 was nowhere to be found at all, though some spotted an Easter Egg for a potential Wolfenstein 2.
