It has been a while since Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare was revealed and we got our look at the new direction the series is taking, but we still haven’t seen any footage of a major component of the game. The singleplayer campaigns of Call of Duty are usually fun, but it’s the multiplayer that gives the series its popularity and we’ll be getting our first look at Infinite Warfare’s later this week.
The reveal will be happening on Friday, September 2nd at 10 AM PT during the Call of Duty XP event, which you’ll be able to watch for yourself through the Twitch livestream. We’re also expected to be getting more information on the game itself, though it remains to be seen what else we’ll be getting a look at.
To go along with the multiplayer reveal for infinite Warfare, we’ll also be seeing footage of Modern Warfare Remastered during the event. That game is set to include 10 multiplayer maps from the original version of the game, but with highly updated visuals.
Call of Duty: Infinite warfare is set to launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on November 4th. Despite the launch of that game being on the horizon, Black Ops 3 fans still have the release of that game’s final DLC called Salvation coming up.
