Square Enix announced not too long ago that it is holding a special event to announce the release date for Final Fantasy XV. Tickets were available to the event earlier this week, but now they’re all gone.
The event in question is “Uncovered: Final Fantasy XV” which is being held at the Shrine Auditorium on March 30th in Los Angeles. Tickets were offered for free via the official website, but people have snapped them all up very quickly.
The official Twitter page for the game posted a photo that said “all gone”. Don’t worry though, Square Enix will be live streaming the event worldwide to let everyone know of the exact release date for a game that has been in development for over ten years now.
KindaFunny Games’ Greg Miller and Tim Gettys are the two hosts of the event and it starts at 7pm. It is set to be around 2 hours long so Square Enix will be revealing more than just the release date. Many people believe a PC version might be revealed.
Final Fantasy XV will be out later this year and has only been officially confirmed for PS4 and Xbox One. The game was initially revealed as Final Fantasy Versus XIII back in 2006 before getting the XV name change in 2013.
