Bandai Namco has announced a new character to feature in Tekken 7. It is none other than Miguel who first featured in Tekken 6 back in 2009.
Here’s the announcement from the official Tekken Twitter page: Just announced at @BCNGamesWorld, Miguel joins the Tekken 7 roster! The tough Spaniard is back to avenge his sister’s death!
Aside from the announcement, Bandai Namco also released a new trailer showcasing Miguel in action. It features a little cutscene in the beginning followed by some high explosive in-game action.
The video in question is in 1080p and 60fps. Choose this setting on YouTube if you want to see the game’s gameplay in the best possible quality. Much like many other characters in the game, he has juggle combos as well as the Rage Arts move that acts like a finisher.
There’s still no release date for the game, but it will be out in early 2017 for the PC, Xbox One and PS4 platforms. If you are lucky enough, you could go find an arcade machine and play it there. The home version will however have more features and characters. Not to mention DLC is also in the works which may include missing characters.
