Starhawk has begun it's private beta testing phase, and as you would expect, video footage from the beta has begun to surface. The video above shows off some capture the flag gameplay, and also highlights the defense elements that allow you to purchase upgrades to place on the battlefield as the game progresses. As you can see, there's a lot going on in a single Starhawk match.From the creators of Warhawk comes a bold new 3rd Person shooter adventure where you can change the battlefield instantly in the heat of combat. In the future, humanity's last hope lies in the lawless frontier of space where factions battle over the universe's most precious resource, Rift Energy. As PlayStation 3 owners get closer to the 2012 launch date for the game, the beta will open to include more players. Those that bought Uncharted 3 got a beta access code, and will get access in early 2012.
