Dead or Alive 5 Last Round On PS3 and Xbox 360 Has Missing Features

If you are wanting to purchase the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Dead or Alive 5 Last Round, there will be some missing features that the PS4 and Xbox One versions will have.

One thing you will have to know is the fact that the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Dead or Alive 5 Last Round will only be released digitally. There will be no retail version of the game available.

Team Ninja announced on the official Dead or Alive Facebook page a good reason why Dead or Alive Last Round is digital only on last gen consoles. They mentioned retailers in the West are not accepting orders for the game on PS3 and Xbox 360. Retailers aren’t supporting the game on last-gen consoles.

Team Ninja has stated other developers have shifted their focus to next-gen consoles faster than they have. They have tried to not alienate PS3 and Xbox 360 users so soon, but cannot really control all factors. This is why Dead or Alive 5 Last Round will be digital only in the West.

Team Ninja also addressed why the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Dead or Alive 5 Last Round are missing the new stages that have been advertised. They mentioned the new stages are built for the PS4 and Xbox One versions, so the last-gen consoles aren’t suited for them. There are also some new hairstyles and costume options the last-gen versions of the game will be missing as well.
