Get Angry Birds on PC For Free

Angry Birds is a pretty successful game. The game has completely dominated the Android Marketplace having been downloaded over 30 million times.

Angry Birds is a pretty successful game.  The game has completely dominated the Android Marketplace having been downloaded over 30 million times.  Mac users can now download the game on Apple’s Mac Store and if you’re a PC gamer that wants to get his Angry Birds fix you can now download it for Windows also.

The game is available for free for a limited time, with a catch.  You have to download and install Intel’s App Client.

The Intel App Client is their version of the Mac App Store, called AppUp Center.  You can find the client in newer model computers with Intel processors, but any PC can use it.  If you go to the Best Buy Web Portal and download the client, which requires you to create an account with a valid email address, you’ll be treated to a free copy of the original Angry Birds (not Rio).

The promotion is only available to U.S. residents.
