As the leak suggested a few days ago, the annual Steam Holiday Sale has started for 2014. This is yet another time that the dates have been leaked ahead of the official launch, with two coming from various Paypal subsidiaries. Now that the sale is live gamers can start perusing the Steam Store looking for the best deals of the year. Many games are deeply discounted, with the best savings coming for the Daily Deals and Community Choices. If the game you want isn’t a part of these it is usually best to wait, in case it gets a lower discount later on. This is, of course, only until the final day of the sale, at which point you should grab every game you are interested in getting at the discounted price. Also, be sure to check out other gaming websites, as most will match or beat the Steam price. These include Amazon, Green Man Gaming, Gamersgate, and more.
