Dead or Alive 5 Last Round’s Release Date Delayed On Steam

The PC version of Dead or Alive 5 has been delayed. The release date for the game on Steam has now been changed.

The console versions of Dead or Alive 5 Last Round are still coming out on from February 17th. It’s only the PC version of the game that is getting a new release date. The new date is March 30th.

The official Dead or Alive Facebook page announced:

“In order to provide you with the best experience possible, the expected release date for Dead or Alive 5 Last Round on Steam has been changed from Feb. 17 to March 30. In appreciation for your patience, we’ll be offering the Halloween 2013 Set (28 costumes) free of charge to all users who purchase Dead or Alive 5 Last Round on Steam. All reward costumes were unlocked already and 10% discount also maintain the same (except Japanese market) until off line mode is delivered.”

Dead or Alive 5 Last Round will the last version of Dead or Alive 5 that will be released. Tecmo Koei already re-released the game back in 2013 with Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate. Some gamers were a bit annoyed the series copied Street Fighter’s formula of re-releasing the same game over and over again.

Dead or Alive 5 Last Round features several new characters plus loads of new costumes too.
