The latest issue of PlayStation Official Magazine UK has revealed a few new interesting details about Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.
Z-Giochi.com obtained the latest issue of OPM which detailed more new gameplay information about Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End.
One of the more interesting quotes from the magazine is that they are aiming for a level of “openness” not seen since Jak 3. It has been suggested you can explore the maps to find out more information about the story and other small details.
Nathan Drake will also have a “grappling hook or axe” in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. Climbing has been taken to an all-new level in this game and won’t be as easy as before. You will have to make sure that Nathan Drake maintains his balance throughout the game when climbing.
OPM noted the demo they played from Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End ran at only 30 frames per second. Naughty Dog’s ultimate goal right now is for the game to run at 60 frames per second. However, they will only reach 60fps if it doesn’t decrease “gameplay quality”.
Naughty Dog have also confirmed they have increased the “texture quality” for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. They already revealed previously that they are aiming for visuals that look as good as the CGI in a movie.
