Domino Effect have recently released a live action trailer called ‘Interrogation’ for its team based multiplayer title Red Awakening.

Red Awakening is a multiplayer which offers a mix of stealth and action and is said to be inspired by games such as the original Thief, Manhunt and TimeSplitters 2, combined with objective gameplay as seen in games such as Counter-Strike.

The live action trailer isn’t only to grab fans’ attention but also to mark the launch of the Red Awakening Kickstarter campaign. Having just launched the campaign has the task of trying to reach its base funding goal of £100,000; with 29 days remaining this figure, despite being large, is certainly achievable. Red Awakening, if successful on Kickstarter, is planned for release on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 later this year.

Talking about the game & the crowd funding website Rob Peall, Game Director at Domino Effect, had this to say:

“The Interrogation video has been a real labour of love for Domino Effect and we feel that it perfectly captures the anarchic spirit of the game as well as a bloody nod to our slasher horror movie inspirations. So far the development of Red Awakening has been entirely self-funded, but we’re now turning to Kickstarter for the necessary support to help us complete the final stages of development.”
