Destiny fans are spread all across the console community, but there are plenty of shooter fans on PC that aren’t able to experience the same looting and shooting that their console friends have been able to. A recent job listing at Bungie seems to hint that PC players might be getting a taste of Destiny soon.

Bungie is currently searching for a ‘PC Compatability Tester’ in which the job is described as the following:

“The PC Compatibility Tester will evaluate PC hardware-specific features and ensure various systems work together across multiple PC configurations to provide a great experience. This is a challenging area to test, so we are only looking for the most resilient and technically minded testers.”

It seems like Bungie might be either creating something new for PC or looking to port the popular Destiny to the ‘Master Race’. It is likely too early to tell what they are hiring for exactly, but considering Bungie always said that Destiny is a multi-year project it seems very likely that it is for that.

As usual though, all of this is to be taken with a bit of salt. If this does come to fruition and Destiny comes to PC it would be interesting to see if it gets all the perks of the PlayStation 4 version as far as maps and weapons. It might end up being the ‘definitive’ edition to own if it does happen.
