It appears that Final Fantasy 6 will be heading to the PC very soon as PEGI rated it on its official website.
Final Fantasy 6 was rated as of November 26th, 2015 so this is a new listing. It’s been rated as “12” so the game us suitable for people 12 and up.
It just notes that the game contains: “Non realistic looking violence towards human characters“. It clearly shows that the PC platform is highlighted. The genre is obviously an RPG.
Final Fantasy 6 along with 7 is usually regarded as one of the best in the entire series. Not to mention Kefka is rated as one of Final Fantasy’s greatest villains too.
The game has been released across multiple platforms over the years and continues to be popular. It was originally released on the Super Nintendo before makings its way to the PSOne, GBA and several other platforms. The game has most recently become available for Android and iOS.
It’s highly likely this PEGI rating for PC means the game will be available on Steam. Square Enix has been porting several Final Fantasy games for the PC recently including the entire 13 trilogy.
