Star Wars creator, George Lucas, has seen Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens already and is a fan of the film. He did not think it was a bad movie based on the latest comments he made.
The Hollywood Reporter interviewed Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy. They asked Kennedy what Lucas thought of the new movie. Kathleen said Lucas “really liked it.”
This is a good sign I guess. Lucas spoke out recently that Disney pretty much rejected all of this ideas for Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens and all of its sequels. Even though Lucas may have sounded bitter about it, he understood the current direction the franchise is going.
Lucas now joins many other people that have seen the film including many of the cast and crew as well as Steven Spielberg. Unlike the recent Fantastic Four movie, everyone involved with Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens seems to love the movie. Steven Spielberg, Harrison Ford and now George Lucas have all praised the movie.
It’s less than two weeks until the movie hits cinemas worldwide. Many people are hoping this new movie is fun like the originals and nothing like the awfulness of the recent prequels. Do you feel Star Wars 7: The Force Awakens is going to be awesome?
