EA Sports UFC 2 is set to have one of the largest rosters in a fighting game. There will be well over 250 fighters in the full game.
As reported by Operation Sports, the huge roster number for EA Sports UFC 2 was confirmed by Mike Bohn. Bohn is a famed sports journalist writing for many publications. He visited EA recently and will write more in the game on a later date.
It’s worth mentioning this number does not include duplicates. There’s also set to be around 41 fighters from the lightweight division. There are only a small handful of fighters confirmed for the game so far. We should know more of them in the coming months once EA Sports announces them.
The known EA Sports UFC 2 roster includes: “Ronda Rousey, Connor McGregor, Oleksiy Oliynyk, Rustam Khabilov, Ali Bagautinov, Rashid Magomedov, Albert Tumenov, Aljamain Sterling, Thomas Almeida, Kailin Curran, Al Iaquintal, Derek Brunson, Dennis Bermudez, Lorenz Larkin, Neil Magny, Thiago Alves, Alan Jouban, Ben Saunders, Oliveir Aubin-Mercier, Gil Burns, Yancy Medeiros, Alex Caceres, Justin Scoggins, Rafael Natal, Robert Whittaker, Corey Anderson, Pat Cummins, Rampage Jackson, Ryan Laflare, Thiago Alves, Edson Barbosa and Tony Ferguson”
With the roster being so large, there can be sure to be some past names that could be included too. It will be interesting if CM Punk is in the game. He’s set to fight in the UFC for the first time in 2016.
