We all know that the levels in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will look amazing and Naughty Dog has further commented how great they actually are.

3D Environment Artist for Naughty Dog, Anthony Vaccaro, tweeted: “Each time I see someone’s Uncharted 4 level I haven’t seen in a while I am blown away by how amazing they look. It’s gonna be awesome!

In a reply to a fan, Vaccaro said that seeing other people’s work in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End “always makes me want to try harder and be better which is the best :D

This is the type of mentality that Naughty Dog has as its employees always strive to push one another. This could be a reason why the game has been delayed so many times because the developers are perfectionists and don’t want to rush out a poor quality product.

The main reason Naughty Dog has delayed the game is because they want to get the conclusion right. Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End marks last game of the franchise and the studio wants it to end on a high note.

The series might continue without Naughty Dog, but it’s supposed to be a definitive conclusion for the Nathan Drake character. After that, Naughty Dog is likely to work on a new IP.
