It was recently revealed that a virtual reality version of Hitman GO would be coming to the Oculus Rift this year, though we now know that the game will also be playable on the Oculus Rift-powered Samsung Gear VR. HTC Vive and PlayStation VR apparently are left out, despite the fact that the game got a definitive edition on PlayStation earlier this year.
Hitman GO was originally released as an iOS and Android game in 2014, before getting a PC and console release that came packed with all of its bonus content. The VR versions of the game will cost $10 on Oculus Rift and $8 for those who play on Gear VR.
Elsewhere in the Hitman series, the next episode in the rebooted main series launched today. The episode is called Sapienza and brings the game out of Paris and into Italy. It brings new story missions that drive the overall narrative forward, as well as new challenges, weapons, gear and a lot more to play around with.
Each Hitman episode can be purchased individually for $9.99, or as part of the entire package that costs $49.99. The game is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
