The release date delay for Final Fantasy 15 has caused a big rise in sales for Persona 5. Japanese gamers can now play Persona without any distractions.
As reported by Persona Central, pre-orders for Persona 5 skyrocketed on Amazon Japan after the announcement was made that Final Fantasy 15’s release date was postponed to November 29th, 2016.
In the Amazon movers and shakers section, Persona 5 took out the top spot. The game has a Japanese release date of September 15th, 2016. Since Final Fantasy 15 isn’t out until November now, there is a two month gap for RPG fans.
People over in Europe and the USA don’t really have to worry as Persona is not out until February 14th, 2017. The three month gap between November and February should be long enough for you to finish off Final Fantasy 15 before Persona comes around.
In Asia, the new Persona game will be out for both the PS3 and PS4 consoles later this year. The Persona series might not be as well known as Final Fantasy, but it still has a lot of dedicated fans. Many are hoping this fifth game in the series is going to be very enjoyable.
