The Elder Scrolls series is known for offering massive worlds that are overflowing with content to explore, and Skyrim is no different. That game will be getting its Special Edition release later this week, and though many would love to drop everything else and play it, there are simply other obligations in life.
However, Bethesda’s Pete Hines has everyone covered, as he has posted a sick note to his Twitter page that everyone can use to get out of their obligations for awhile. The note reads “Dear Parent/Instructor/Boss/Leader: Please excuse (insert name) from class/work/duty/other today. She/he has been diagnosed with Nirnroot exposure and needs to stay home and rest for the next 48-72 hours. Signed, Dr. Agon Born, MD, PhD, BYOC.”
The game will feature all of the main and add-on content that was released initially, as well as “remastered art and effects, volumetric god rays, dynamic depth of field, screen-space reflections, and more.” While some have been patiently waiting for The Elder Scrolls 6, Bethesda has said not to expect it anytime soon.
The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition will launch on October 28th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
