Daily Bonuses Are Coming To Pokemon Go In An Upcoming Update

Niantic has announced a new feature that is coming to the very popular Pokemon Go video game. The new feature is daily bonuses that entice you to play constantly.

Niantic made this announcement via the official Pokemon Go website. You get some cool stuff if you play the game on a daily basis. You get even better things if you play the game on consecutive days. Official details have been posted below.

Catching a Pokémon every day will earn the following bonus:

• 500 XP
• 600 Stardust

Catching a Pokémon every day for 7 days straight will earn the following larger bonus:

• 2,000 XP
• 2,400 Stardust

Visiting a PokéStop and spinning the Photo Disc every day will earn the following bonus:

• 500 XP
• A number of additional items

Visiting a PokéStop every day for 7 days straight will earn the following larger bonus:

• 2,000 XP
• A greater number of additional items

If you catch a Pokémon at any time on Tuesday local time, you’ll be eligible for the next daily bonus on Wednesday at 12 AM local time

Niantic may have done this to encourage more people to play the game. Many players stopped playing the game due to being bored of catching the same Pokemon all of the time. With this new feature, this might convince other players to come back.
