Considering the rising popularity of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds which has taken the gaming community by storm, it should be of no surprise that it recently broke an impressive record on Steam. As of yesterday, it has become the most-played non-Valve game on Steam.

As shown on PlayerUnknown’s Twitter, Battlegrounds beat out the previous record holder, Fallout 4, which set the record in November 2015 when it first released. PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds reached 481,291 concurrent players, just shy of 10,000 more than Fallout 4. It has also beat out Grand Theft Auto V, a remarkable feat considering how Rockstar’s shooter is constantly a top-selling game from month to month, years after its initial release.

It’s unlikely that anything will dethrone the top two spots belonging to Valve’s Dota 2 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive with over 1,290,000 and 850,000 peak players, respectively. Still, with constant updates and new content, PUBG could yet break its own record.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds in currently in Steam Early Access and is available for $29.99. Earlier this month, it was announced that a full launch was pushed back until “before the end of Q4 2017”, sometime later this year. At Microsoft’s E3 2017 press conference, it was revealed that Battlegrounds would be coming to Xbox One as a timed console exclusive later this year as well. A PlayStation 4 version is likely to come at some point in the future.
