The reviews are in for Borderlands 2 and it appears that Gearbox has nailed it with their latest game. Building on the premise of the original, critical consensus declares Borderlands 2 to be not only better than the original, but perhaps one of the best games of 2012.
This second chapter in the Borderlands franchise sees the introduction of a brand new cast of characters, but the return of the tried and true gameplay formula that Gearbox introduced back in 2009 when the original title released for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
