One of the co-creators of Hotline Miami is hoping to help players with their ill-gotten copies of the recently released indie title. Jonatan Soderstrom recently addressed The Pirate Bay patrons with a request to re-upload a patched version of the game, once it becomes available.
Released last week, the ultra-violent top down retro title scored some pretty high marks from numerous gaming outlets. Soderstrom explained that the team is working on taking care of persisting bugs, and adding extra polish to the game.
“I know what it’s like not having money,” said Soderstrom. “I definitely want people to experience the game the way it’s meant to be experienced. No matter how they got a hold of it.”
Right now, those willing to shell out a few bucks can get a copy of the game via Steam or GOG for $10.
