Apex Legends How to Add Recent Players to Friends

With Apex Legends being one of the most popular new Battle Royale games on the market, there’s been a strong demand for a lot of features in the game.  And since Apex Legends requires that you play with a squad in every match, when you’re playing with random people there are going to be times when you want to add recent players that you had a good experience with in the game.

The bad news is that there is no way to currently add recent players via the in-game menu system.  However, if you’re willing to do a little good old fashioned writing on pen and paper or typing into a list on your pc, laptop, or phone, you can still manually add the names of the players that you have good matches with.

What you’ll need to do in Apex Legends is to keep track of the people you’re playing with by writing down their names at the beginning of the game.  Whether that’s with pen and paper or on an electronic device, this is really the only way that you can add recent players and invite them to be your friend.

What you’ll want to do is go about the things the old fashioned way and use the Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, and Origin network features to add a friend manually.  Right now this is the only way that you will be able to add a friend in Apex Legends as there is nothing in the game that displays recent players.

Hopefully Respawn gets the message from fans and implements something that we see in other games that allows players to send friend requests to recent players.
