Cadence of Hyrule How to Spin Attack

Recommended Videos

The spin attack in The Legend of Zelda series of games is one of Link’s iconic attack moves.  In Cadence of Hyrule, Link can once again get the ability to do a spin attack, but you’re going to need to do some exploring to find it.

We found the spin attack upgrade on Death Mountain.  However, since the overworld map is randomized on each run, Death Mountain might not be in the same location each time.  Once you find Death Mountain, look for a hidden door that will require you push a Shiekah Stone to open.  Inside will be Cadence and she’ll give you the Spin Attack ability.

Spin Attack can only be used by Link in your game and it will be mapped to the L button on the Switch controller.  The Spin Attack uses Link’s Stamina meter to charge and will unleash an attack that will hit all of your surrounding enemies.  Holding L will charge the attack and then releasing it will perform the spin attack move.  This move will deplete your stamina when you do it.
