Circuitry is a rare item in Fallout 76.  You’ll need to find circuit boards in Fallout 76 so that you can create advanced mods as well as chems and some explosives will require the item.  Circuitry will be used in crafting items, but it will also be used in crafting items for your camp.  This includes things like Turrets, Generators, Switches, Lights, and others.  Circuitry can be found by killing some robotic enemies, but it can also be found in junk items.

To get circuitry in Fallout 76 you will want to keep an eye out for the more common items like telephones and hot plates.  As you encounter more high level enemies like the Assaultron you can kill this robotic enemy to take its circuits.

Below you’ll find a full list of items that contain circuitry.

  • Assaultron Circuit Board
  • Circuits
  • Enhanced Targeting Card
  • Flight Data Recorder
  • Hot Plate
  • Military-Grade Circuit Board
  • Radio Jammer

Outside of these items you can also look for a Workshop Location that has “Junk” as one of the resources.  You can earn Circuit boards at these workshops by placing an Excavator and checking it every so often.
