Tribes of Midgard: How to Repair Items

After some usage, weapons and various items break in Tribes of Midgard, hence why it’s essential to know how to repair them. Thankfully, the process is rather effortless and easy to do, in contrast to many other activities there are in this brand new survival game with giants. Your weapon being a sword, a huge hammer, a sturdy shield or anything at all, will need a good fixing every now and then so let’s jump right into it.

How to fix damaged items in Tribes of Midgard

Venturing outside of your village, exploring the world and fighting numerous enemies is going to be your main activity as you are having fun with your friends in this brand new universe. You may not battle against other players in a PvP fashion, but rest assured that your items will still break from all that PvE fighting, and in order to repair them it’s going to take you some very minor steps.

First, you need to go back to your village, if you aren’t already in it. Then, you need to search for the Repair Bench, which is located on the east side of your base, next to the storage chest where you of course store items. Both are inside a raised cliff, surrounded by a stone-like fence. All you have to do then, is to approach the Repair bench, interact with it and then choose the items you wish to repair. Click on them, spend the amount of Souls needed for the action and you are done.

If you are having trouble locating the bench, then you can open your map and look for the Steinar icon (the village’s blacksmith) and head over there, since Steinar will be close to that area. Then, just head a couple of steps south from him and the chest and Repair Bench will be right there, waiting for you. Steinar’s icon is represented with an anvil in your map, so it’s not hard to find it.

Tribes of Midgard is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and PC. For more related content about the game, feel free to take a look at the rest of our guides right here.
