Rocksteady has now released Batman: Arkham Knight update patch 1.08 for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
The new update patch for the game clocks in at around 1GB. It has mainly been released to give support for the upcoming DLC that will be released for the game next month.
According to GearNuke, the only notes for this new update is that it is “Support for additional content“. People over on Reddit have noticed that there are some new gadgets available for the characters of Batwoman, Robin and Nightwing.
These additions are in preparation for the upcoming DLC since the aforementioned characters can be selected the in VR challenges for Batman: Arkham Knight once it comes out.
It’s still unfortunate that Warner Bros. has yet to re-release the game onto the PC. The game came out for the PC in shambles and this prompted the publisher to nix the game from digital stores. There has been no word yet on the release date for the PC version to come back. All that the publisher has said is that it will be out in the next few weeks.
Thankfully, Batman: Arkham Knight has not been too buggy for PS4 and Xbox One owners. Hopefully PC gamers can finally enjoy the game very soon.
