This should come as a surprise to no one. EA has begun teasing upcoming details regarding Battlefield Hardline‘s Premium service. The game’s official Facebook page posted this picture with the following text accompanying it: “Keep your ears to the streets…”
Word on Premium’s existence in Hardline first broke when patches appeared in the beta sporting the membership’s requirement in their descriptions. Although, as previously stated, it didn’t exactly shock the community. With Battlefield Hardline making its debut in three weeks, I’m sure EA will be providing a full rundown shortly. But why wait? Let’s take a look at what Battlefield 4 Premium offered buyers. The $50 service came packed with access to all four five DLC expansions, exclusive in-game items (camos, knives, emblems, dog tags, etc.), monthly gold battlepacks, and server queue priority.
I think it can be comfortably assumed that we can expect a similar turnout for Hardline. Given the recent unofficial reveal of masks — we’ve seen dinosaur and wolf variants — for cops and robbers, one might bet on exclusive forms of the item to appear in the latest iteration of Premium. This is purely speculation, but it feels like a safe bet. What exclusive Premium content would you like to see make it into Battlefield Hardline? Let us know in the comments section below.
