While we all expected that the file size for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy Edition would be large considering it includes two games, I’m not sure anyone was expecting it to be as big as it actually is. For the PlayStation 4 version at least, you should be ready to have over 100 GB free on your console.
French retailer Micromania has been sending out boxes of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare with the Modern Warfare Remastered campaign code for those who have pre-ordered the Legacy Edition. Taking a further look at the back of the box reveals some information regarding the game, and it reveals that 130 GB of space minimum is required to play the game.
This is definitely one of the most demanding releases yet on the PlayStation 4 in terms of file size, so if you’re planning on picking up the Legacy Edition then you better start doing a little Fall cleaning. Seeing as that is only the minimum, this beast could end up taking up even more space than that.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on November 4th.
